Founded in 1939 as a manufacturer of springs for automobiles, NHK Spring expanded its business based on metal processing and vibration analysis to include automotive seats, valve springs for engines, and suspensions used in hard disks, not only in the automotive field but also in the semiconductor field, etc.

On plotting our sales by business segment in a graph, it can be seen that automotive products account for Approximately 70% of total sales, with seat products tending to account for the largest share.
