Our Guiding Principles were established by our third President and CEO, Mr. hisashi Sakamoto, in 1964. These represent our three most important spirits expressing the growth of our business and employees, a strong desire to compete, and a relationship of trust with our employees and society.

Revised in 2026, this Corporate Philosophy clarifies the NHK SPRING Group's long-term aspirations and purpose, supporting its continued role as an "indispensable company."

NHK SPRING Group Basic Sustainability Policy

This policy defines the responsibilities to be fulfilled and the approach to value creation in achieving sustainability.

NHK SPRING Group Employees Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets out the values and standards of behavior that the Group and its employees are expected to share in order to realize the Corporate Philosophy and promote sustainability.

　The phrase "Key Parts" goes beyond essential products—it also represents the NHK SPRING Group's pride in being an indispensable company that helps drive the world forward.
The word "Driving" expresses the NHK SPRING Group's desire to take on future challenges with a sense of initiative, to create and provide value, and to drive the world forward. The NHK SPRING Group will continue to uphold the approach it has long valued. In line with this Corporate Philosophy, the NHK SPRING Group will bring together the Group's diverse technologies, ideas, and personnel capabilities, thereby contributing to the realization of a future that inspires people.
