This is a core for drive motors for EVs and HEVs. This product is an iron core consisting of the motor's rotating part (rotor) and fixed part (stator). 0.25 mm to 0.35 mm electromagnetic steel sheets are stamped out and laminated into several hundred pieces. The size of the product has strict dimensional tolerances and requires high-precision press working techniques.

CHARACTERISTICS

The split type motor core can reduce material costs compared to the one-piece type. In addition, while large presses are generally required for the production of motor cores, the split type can be produced with a small press, thus reducing capital investment costs.
